08/04/2012-Present Modell’s Sporting Goods-Store Manager in training/Northern NJ area • Currently handling special projects for remerchandising Sporting goods departments in multiple locations. • Paramus-Rockaway and Wayne locations • Increase in sales and TeamWeeks loyalty associated with carying the appropriate product selections for the demographics of these areas. • Increases of 15% in two locations and 25% in the Rockaway location. • The following loyalty programs have been on the decrease in each of the locations for several years and sales in the locations have struggled to meet UPT/KPI standards. • MVP-Consumer purchase program. New approach to increasing email capture and customer retention. • Designed new Staff Shirts and program to convert visitors to purchasers. Built an enthusiasm based staff approach to identifying potential “TeamWeeks” and “MVP” participants.

An exciting experience with a Michigan based retailer on the Halloween side, to permit,staff and train 5-7 small foot print party stores.Successfully beat Emerging market expectations. Regionally opened 13 and managed 5. Best shrink in division at 1% at retail average or less per store. Energy,professionalism and expertise Presented from the Livonia MI staff. Engaged and motivated, our sales teams were in top 5 stores in over 500 nationwide. Developed top new District manager in Northeast.Several introductions in Plan-o-gram changes we implemented, became standard used in both Partycity and Halloweencity POG following year. Area rugs up to 160 line wool and silk, Custom vignettes for flooring displays a walk only building , no lifts were allowed. *28 Kitchen designers, custom vignettes including a 10k Jacuzzi shower with sound system and custom marble.S/o hand fired tiles from California that the store sent a sample of what the client wanted on the tiles and a sample was sent back to the store.

Former distance cyclist, Swimming daily, avid running enthusiast.Passion for Soccer ,Rugby and the outdoors, camping and fishing. Computer technology, Phone apps, and game mods are like puzzles that can be put together. Teaching others in need. I teach basic computer skills to the homeless and those re-entering the job market. Vice-President of the Math Honor Society"Mu-Alpha-Theta 2008-2009-2010-2011 and member in good standing Phi-Theta-Kappa I have a drive to learn, discover and improve processes.
